Phillip Hunter is currently building his fourth UX practice and team, this time for the Amazon Alexa Skills Kit, focusing on both tools for skill creation and Alexa customer experiences.
He has previously led console and product design efforts and teams for dozens of Amazon Web Services, including new service launches for Mobile Hub, Pinpoint, Lex, and Cloud Directory.
Phillip has designed and created strategy for voice-based products and services for hundreds of customer service systems, Microsoft Cortana and Xbox, and now Amazon Alexa.
He has led, managed, inspired, trained, and mentored hundreds of UX and product management professionals.
